Amruta Fadnavis Leads Beach Clean-Up Initiative at Juhu Post Ganpati Visarjan

Community Effort for a Cleaner Beach

On Sunday, following the Ganpati Visarjan festivities, Amruta Fadnavis, the wife of Maharashtra's Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, organized a beach clean-up event at Juhu beach.

This initiative was carried out through her organization, Divyaj Foundation, in collaboration with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). Notably, Bollywood star Akshay Kumar also participated in the event.

In the footage captured during the clean-up, Akshay Kumar was actively involved in collecting waste from the beach, including large flower garlands, plastic bottles, and discarded clothing, all of which were placed into bags for proper disposal.
